2013 Smart Fortwo smart 4 two, mercedes, EV, not working high voltage battery failure

this is the cutest little car, with a very sad story, I am the second owner, because of that mercedes was very unhelpful with it problem of the high voltage battery failing, as they reported to me, a circuit board in the battery pack has an open in its circuitry somewhere,they wanted $9500 + labor, because I wasn’t able to do the required services from new, so it has been sitting for about a year while I was surfing the internet trying to find some company or person that would be able to diagnose and repair, I received the same answer from all of them, we don’t do smart electrics, I’m hoping there is someone out there that could do something with this car, its still like new, these are not like gas powered smarts, this has more options and more luxury interior, all leather, navigation, premium stereo, heated seats, glass roof, do something with this car please, if it doesn’t sell,all I can do is send it to the scrapper,
